Promoter: Footscray Football Club Limited (ABN 68 005 226 595) of 417 Barkly Street, Footscray, Victoria, 3011, trading as Western Bulldogs (“Western Bulldogs”).
Type of Promotion: Game of Chance
Promotional Period: Opens 29 May 2025 at 12:00PM AEST, Closes 8 June 2025 at 6:00PM AEST
Entrants: To be eligible to enter the Promotion, entrants must:
- be Australian residents aged 18 years or older at the date the Promotion opens; and
- register and verify a free CoinSpot account at https://www.coinspot.com.au/register, during the Promotional Period;
- or alternately entrants must have an existing CoinSpot account in their name, at the time of entry.
Employees of the Promoter, the Prize Provider, their contractors, agents of supplier(s) and sponsors of the Promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Immediate families means spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) and grandparents.
Entry Procedure: To enter this Promotion, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
• register their details* at https://tradablebits.com/tb_app/525881 and
• register for, or hold an account with, CoinSpot.
(together an Entry).
*Details required include: full name, mobile number, email address and postcode. The Promoter will conduct a Draw to determine three (3) Winners from all valid entrants. The Prize Provider will manage the Prize fulfillment with the Winners to the Winners’ CoinSpot account.
Maximum Entries: Eligible Entrants may enter once only.
Number of Winner(s): There will be three (3) winners determined by a Draw.
Selection of Winner(s): Three (3) eligible entrants will be randomly selected from an electronic draw (the Draw) at 9:00AM AEST on 10 June 2025. The Draw will be conducted at the offices of the Promoter.
Notification of Winner(s): The winners will be notified by telephone on 10 June 2025 (after the Draw is conducted). The Winner’s name and State/Territory of residence, and the Prize details, will be published on the Western Bulldogs’ website for at least 28 days from the Draw date.
Prize Claim Date: The winners must accept their Prize by 10:00AM AEST on 13 June 2025 after notification of the draw.
Prize: There will be three (3) equal Prizes: $1,000 AUD transferred directly into each winners’ CoinSpot Account. The Prize Provider will be solely responsible for the prize fulfillment to the Winners, and the Winners may nominate their CoinSpot Account for the transfer of the prize to be deposited within 21 days of the Draw.
Prize Provider: The Prize Provider is Casey Block Chain Services Trading as CoinSpot (“CoinSpot”), (ABN 19619574186) of Suite 4, 5/40 Green Street, Windsor, VIC.. The Prize Provider is responsible for all prize fulfilment of this Promotion.
Total Prize Pool: The maximum total prize pool is valued at $3,000.00
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements: If there are any unclaimed Prizes or if a winner cannot be contacted (i.e. attempts to contact the winner are unsuccessful) or the Winner does not claim the Prize within the timeframe stipulated in these Conditions of Entry (by 10:00AM AEST on 13 June 2025), the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize, and the Promoter may undertake a re-draw on the same day after the Prize Claim Date & time has ended (10:00AM AEST on 13 June 2025). In such case, the first valid Entry drawn from the remainder of the Entries in the re-draw will be entitled to the Prize (Replacement Winner). The Replacement Winner is then the winner of the Prize for the purposes of these Conditions of Entry and will be notified by way of the notification method set out above.

Conditions of Entry
1. Instructions and information on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this Promotion (including by a companion) constitutes acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.
2. Late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected Entries will be deemed invalid.
3. By entering this Promotion entrants agree to allow the Promoter to repost their Entry on the Promoter’s Facebook, TikTok Twitter, Instagram or other social media accounts, the Promoter’s website and within the Promoter’s electronic direct mail (EDM) communication pieces.
4. By entering the Promotion, each entrant:
a. gives the Promoter authority to publicly announce and publish their name (should they be a winner); and
b. grants the Promoter a world-wide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty free and sub-licensable right and licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish or display (in whole or in part) any intellectual property contained in the content of their Entry, without royalty, payment or other compensation. Each entrant consents to the Promoter or their respective agents, employees, contractors or sub-licensees doing anything in relation to such use which might otherwise infringe the entrant's moral rights and warrants that they have full authority to grant such rights.
5. Winner/s must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation. Winner/s consent to the Promoter using their names and images in any promotional or advertising activity.
6. The Promoter is not liable for any other additional costs associated with winning this Promotion or the prizes that comprise this Promotion.
7. Unless expressly stated otherwise, if a Prize involves travel, no other costs will be included and all expenses (including, but not limited to, the costs of transport to and from a Prize venue and meals), other than those specifically referred to, will be at each prize winner’s and (if applicable) their companion(s)’s cost. Accommodation prizes cover room charges only. The Promoter will not be liable for the failure of the winner and any companions to meet travel schedules or cancellations for whatever reason and regardless as to fault, and no cash or alternative tickets or bookings will be awarded in lieu of that element of the Prize. No travel insurance is included in any travel prize. Unless otherwise specified, entrants/winners/companions must make their own way to and from all events associated with the Promotion/Prize at their own cost.
8. Unless expressly stated otherwise, if a Prize involves tickets to an event, the Promoter will not be responsible for any changes in times or dates, cancellations or rescheduling of events that may prevent the prize winner from redeeming the Prize or any part of it and no cash or alternative tickets will be awarded in lieu of that element of the Prize. All tickets are only valid for the date or period specified on the tickets or by the Prize Provider, and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the Prize Provider, including any conditions of entry into the relevant event location (e.g. behaviour requirements and applicable dress codes), any conditions of ticket validity and any restrictions on ticket on-sale or transfer. The Promoter does not control entry to the relevant event location. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any ticket that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
9. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of Prizes. Where a Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute another item of equal value for that Prize, as determined by the Promoter.
10. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and the identity of entrants. Proof of Entry and identity will only be deemed as sufficient at the discretion of the Promoter.
11. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being properly conducted due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves its rights to disqualify any entrant or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this Promotion, to the extent permitted by law.
12. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law).
13. A prize winner has rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other similar legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by the Promoter. These rights include a statutory guarantee that any services provided by the Promoter will be rendered with due care and skill and that any goods supplied will be of acceptable quality. These Conditions of Entry do not exclude, restrict or modify those statutory rights in any way. However, to the extent it is permitted by law to do so, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, other than those contained within the Australian Consumer Law, regarding the quality and suitability of any Prize and will not be responsible for breach of any such terms.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to reject, disqualify and remove any Entry that contains offensive, inappropriate or derogatory material. Any Entry containing such content may be deemed invalid at the discretion of the Promoter.
15. The Promotion is in no way administered by the Prize Provider (set out in the Schedule). Each entrant agrees to contact the Promoter in relation to this Promotion, not the Prize Provider. All Prizes will be fulfilled by the Promoter and or by the Prize Provider, and the Promoter may pass the contact details (personal information) of the Winner to the Prize Provider (for the purposes of prize fulfillment – where necessary), or any Entrant personal information to the Prize Provider (subject to the entrant providing express consent).
16. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform provider (including, but not limited to, the providers of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter) or any of their related entities (Media Provider). Each entrant agrees to release any Media Provider from all liability in connection with, or in relation to, the Promotion. The terms and conditions of the Promotion do not intend to conflict with, or derogate from, a Media Provider’s terms and conditions of use, statement of rights and responsibilities (if any), data use policy or any other terms and conditions imposed by the relevant Provider on entrants from time to time to use the relevant social media platform.
17. Personal information provided by entrants will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and otherwise in accordance with contestants’ consent. The Promoter may disclose the entrant’s personal information to its contractors and agents in relation to the conduct of this Promotion.
